Can I gain muscle and lose fat at the same time?

! It is indeed possible to simultaneously lose fat and gain muscle, which is commonly known as "body recomposition."

This transformation occurs by implementing two key components: creating a calorie deficit to reduce fat stores and following a well-designed training plan that stimulates the body to preserve and build muscle mass.

Since many of our clients are either new to resistance training or have not previously trained at the same intensity as our programs, they often experience an increase in muscle mass while also losing fat. This positive outcome is a result of the combination of structured workouts and the calorie deficit, allowing for the dual benefits of improved body composition.

How many times a week should I work out?

The frequency of your training sessions depends on your personal preferences, availability, and specific goals.

In general, for most clients, a recommended range of three to four weekly sessions tends to be effective. This frequency enables us to target each muscle group adequately, ideally providing two to three training sessions per group. This approach optimizes muscle gain by accumulating sufficient training volume to stimulate the desired changes in your physique.

Ultimately, the number of sessions per week should be tailored to your individual needs and capabilities, taking into account factors such as recovery time, scheduling constraints, and the ability to maintain consistency in your training routine.

What kind of meals will I be eating?

The specific meals you will be eating depend on your individual dietary needs and goals. Our approach is to provide a balanced and nutritious meal plan that supports your health and fitness objectives.
