Hi, I’m Lloyd. I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer based in Milton Keynes with over 20 years of training experience. I believe fitness isn’t about quick fixes — it’s about building habits that stick. My approach is simple: accountability, enjoyable training, and honest lifestyle advice that fits around real life.
