I wanted the opportunity to build a strong brand that was mine and in what I love to do.
What do you think is the secret to achieving your dream body?
Most of us would love to have the perfect body and want to achieve this just through training ... this is highly unlikely, food, food and food; in other terms the word is Macro Nutrients and this is the fore front of the perfect body.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I help my clients set SMART GOALS.
Specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timely GOALS. We will spend time in the initial consultation to understand what is important to you, whats ideal to you and lastly what's your dream?
I will take time to explain to you, the reality of you achieving and maintaining this.

Where do I train my clients?
I live in Milton Keynes and train clients around the area from both Fierce Gym and my newly opened home studio.
I'm committed to travelling outside the area to suit your needs for an extra charge.
How do you assess new clients?
It begins with a pre-consultation where we're sit down and discuss the following points;

What are your short, mid and long term goals?
What's your experience in fitness training?
When was your fitness level at its highest or when was your body at it's best?
Rate me your diet out of 10
How do you like to be coached?
How do you stay focus / motivated?
After the pre-consultation we will assess your movements by getting you to demonstrate the 7 key movements of the body. This will help me to focus on areas of the body that need more attention, thus reducing risk of injury and helping to keep you functional.
I will go through several training methods with you, which will help me to train you in the most effective methods whilst keeping you highly motivated.
This will also give you enough time to build a rapport with me, thus giving yourself the answer 'am I the right coach for you?'
We will then have a post-consultation to summarise and for me to determine which package is best suited if any.

Yes! Under my Lean Eating plan for just £199!
On a day to day basis I watch the majority of gym users try to achieve their perfect aesthetic goal, purely through training allow and sometimes putting in as little as 20% into their diet.
