I'm Lloyd Nurse, owner and trainer of Lean Living Personal Training.
Born into a large family of 6 older sisters and now a father to 5, I've never struggled to stay active and has become my goal to encourage others to have the same living.
Wanting to return my 20+years of training experience to clients, I continue to seek out those that need the motivation to train, thoughs that need the guidance to exercise and those that need Lean Living to get in shape.
